Lead Clinician / Clinical Supervisor

Are you a seasoned LCSW or LPC with a passion for leadership and a desire to make a real impact? We're looking for a Clinic Lead who shows up for the practice, for the team, and for the mission. This role combines clinical excellence with mentorship — guiding emerging clinicians while maintaining your own caseload.

What You'll Do

  • Empower Clinicians: Provide exceptional supervision and mentorship to clinicians applying for their clinical license (within 1-2 years).
  • Provide Psychotherapy Services: Offer psychotherapy to individuals and a population you specialize in (ideally couples, families, or youth under 14).
  • Innovate & Collaborate: Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance services and outcomes.
  • Grow & Thrive: Benefit from ongoing professional development, including specialized training and leadership development.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Georgia license as LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
  • Demonstrated experience in therapy services with strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
  • Genuine compassion, empathy, and commitment to client-centered care.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and EHR Software.

  • Conduct in-office and telehealth therapy sessions.

  • Maintain thorough HIPAA-compliant documentation using EMR.
  • Manage a caseload of up to 15 clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Current licensure in Georgia or Illinois (MSW/LSW candidates under supervision also considered).
  • Strong understanding of anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.
  • Real-world experience with diverse client populations.
  • Foundation in evidence-based practices with cultural sensitivity.
  • Authentic, compassionate, and client-centered approach.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and JaneApp.

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Client Support & Scheduling: Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and managing client inquiries.
  • Process payments and manage intake and consent forms.
  • Administrative & Billing Support: Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and manage billing information securely.
  • Verify insurance claims and support the billing process.
  • Office Organization: Keep the office space organized and well-maintained.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure compliance with administrative policies.
  • Coordinate with therapists to optimize scheduling and availability.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Experience as Administrative Assistant, Client Care Coordinator, or Customer Service Representative (preferably in healthcare or mental health).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with virtual office tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with scheduling software (SimplePractice, Jane App, or similar).
  • Familiarity with insurance billing and medical billing codes.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance regulations.
  • Strong time management skills.
