What types of therapy does ReLabeled Therapy offer?
We offer individual therapy to adults and older adolescence (16+) focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, and mindfulness based approaches. Our sessions are personalized and client-centered to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
Is ReLabeled Therapy accepting new clients right now?
Yes! We currently have no waitlist, and new clients can typically start within a week. We offer flexible scheduling—including evening and weekend therapy appointments—to fit your life.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans in Georgia and Illinois. If you’re unsure whether your plan is accepted, feel free to reach out or book a free consultation to learn more.
Do you provide online therapy sessions?
Yes, ReLabeled Therapy offers secure telehealth sessions for clients across multiple states. Our virtual therapy services make it easy to access high-quality mental health care from the comfort of your home.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck, therapy can provide tools, support, and space to grow. We meet you where you are—whether you’re navigating trauma, managing stress, or simply looking to understand yourself more deeply.
What happens during the consultation?
During a consultation you have an opportunity to assess if your therapist is a good fit for you. You’ll begin to build rapport and talk about what you hope to work on.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
We ask a that you provide 48 notice for a cancellation. Any appointment cancelled within a 24 hour time period is considered a “Late Cancellation/No Show” and will be assessed a fee of $50.
