At ReLabeled Therapy we incorporate practices of Mindfulness into each session to help you feel more connected to the present moment and to calm the mental chatter. The practice of Mindfulness is shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and impulsive reactivity while building emotional regulation and resilience.

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing nonjudgmental awareness to the present moment. Rather than reacting to and judging, it involves you observing:
